HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- People rallied outside the Dauphin County Administration building in Harrisburg Tuesday evening.

It comes ahead of Wednesday morning’s Dauphin County Commissioners meeting where they will vote on a major immigration resolution.

“We have people being treated inhumanely in our community, our friends, our family members, coworkers, people that we see every day and we know that are good people that mean and cause no harm to our communities,” said Dom Holmes from Lancaster County.

They believe individuals are being unfairly targeted simply because they are immigrants.
