Oasis are set to mark the 30th anniversary of their unforgettable 1996 gigs at Knebworth with five gigs at the venue next summer. Liam and Noel Gallagher's shows at the Hertfordshire venue epitomised the Britpop era as Oasis played to sell-out crowds of over 250,000 for two nights there in August 1996.
It's now understood, the pair have provisional dates at Knebworth for 2026 following the success of their comeback world tour. Music industry insiders claim the Gallagher brothers have accumulated up to £1.2billion on their world tour. The Knebworth anniversary gigs could rake in an additional £100M it is believed.
