What do a former De Pere mayor, a Space Force major and a Packers legend have in common?

They’re all Green Bay School District alumni and new inductees to Green Bay's inaugural alumni Hall of Fame .

The district is launching a hall of fame for notable alumni; to qualify, candidates must have graduated 20 years before nomination. For its inaugural inductees, a panel of judges from the district and its nonprofit, the Green Bay Education Foundation, selected eight finalists, two from each eligible high school.

“Our focus in the district, with limited resources, is how we can support our students to achieve great things and reach for the stars,” said Green Bay Superintendent Vicki Bayer.
