CARUTHERSVILLE, Mo. (KFVS) - A woman is accused of trying to run over a man multiple times with her vehicle.

Kimberly Smith was charged with first-degree domestic assault, armed criminal action and second-degree property damage.

According to online court records, she’s being held without bond in the Pemiscot County Jail.

Her arraignment is scheduled for Thursday morning, September 11.

According to Caruthersville police, they were first called around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 8 for a domestic assault in progress, but didn’t find anyone at the scene.

Minutes later, police say they found a man who told them Smith had been chasing him through town in her gold Ford Crown Victoria.
