Well, folks, we've got a really interesting weather pattern shaping up for the Rockford area. It looks like the remainder of our work week is going to be on the drier side, which is great news for any outdoor plans. We're tracking a continued gradual warming trend, meaning we'll be getting progressively warmer as the week goes on. Some of you might be noticing temperatures feeling a bit warmer than what's typical for this time of year, giving us that unseasonably warm feel.

Today we're looking at pleasant temperatures topping out in the upper 70s under partly cloudy skies. Tomorrow will be just a touch warmer with highs edging into the low 80s.
