GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - A federal grand jury issued a two-count indictment against a Neenah man accused of producing child pornography.

Jeffrey J. Haskell, 26, was indicted on Tuesday, according to Acting U.S. Attorney Richard G. Frohling of the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

According to the indictment, at around January 11 and again around January 24, Haskell “knowingly employed, used, persuaded, induced, enticed, and coerced” minor children for the purpose of “producing a visual depiction” of the minors engaged in “sexually explicit conduct.”
