Kai-Ji Adam Lo, the man accused of killing 11 people in a car-ramming attack at the Lapu-Lapu Day festival in South Vancouver, has been found mentally fit to stand trial.
In delivering his decision, Judge Reginald Harris also ordered Lo to remain in custody.
Harris told the court the Lo is now facing 42 additional charges that were filed Wednesday morning before the fit to stand trial decision was delivered.
It's believed the new charges are related to people who were injured in the alleged car ramming attack.
Lo was already facing 11 counts of second-degree murder.
