RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - A woman has been arrested after police say she drove through the fence of Doral Academy in south Reno.

Deputies responded to the area at around 4:20 p.m. Tuesday and say that the car was occupied by an adult female driver, later identified as 37-year-old Dar Kanellis, with her 9-month-old child in the backseat.

Police say Kanellis was under the influence of drugs and or alcohol. She was arrested on charges of DUI, destruction of property, and child endangerment.

The child was evaluated and released to family.

No injuries were reported.
