SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - All lanes on I-95 South were closed in the vicinity of Exit 87 (Ocean Highway / Highway 17) due to an accident, the City of Richmond Hill announced earlier today.

Motorists were advised to seek an alternate route.

Video and images from the Georgia Department of Transportation confirmed a tractor-trailer truck had overturned across the highway.

All lanes have now been cleared and traffic is resuming in both directions.

However, the anticipated cleanup time for this accident is still listed as 6:30 p.m.
