HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- A man faces arson charges after he allegedly lit a Harrisburg area Family Dollar on fire.

Abdiel Angueira-Vazquez tried to set the building in the 900 block of South 13th Street on fire Tuesday night, according to Harrisburg police.

Officers were able to find him quickly and take him into custody after a brief scuffle, police said.

The building was empty at the time and Harrisburg Fire Bureau was able to extinguish it.

Angueira-Vazquez faces charges of arson, resisting arrest and public drunkenness. He is in Dauphin County Prison unable to post his bail set at $25,000.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 23.
