LOWER PAXTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) — A juvenile was arrested after allegedly fleeing from police in a stolen vehicle in Dauphin County on Monday, according to the Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police.
The bureau says on September 8, authorities responded to Pennswood Apartments for a report of an individual pulling on car doors. Officers arrived at the scene and located the suspect, who ran away on foot.

Moments later, police observed a vehicle without headlights attempting to leave the complex and immediately began a pursuit.
