HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) - The Perry County Fiscal Court and the City of Hazard will be hosting a recovery resource event on Thursday, Sept. 11.

The event is intended to highlight the resources available to continue the fight against substance use disorder throughout the region.

The event will start at 10 a.m. at the Appalachian Arts Alliance in downtown Hazard and end at 2 p.m.

Officials say there will also be an expungement clinic at the Perry County Courthouse from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. on the second floor.

Perry County Judge-Executive, Scott Alexander said they are excited for the event.
