LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Jeffersonville Police say that four more arrests have been made in connection with a shooting that took place in July.
Officers responded to a call of a car crash that was later changed to a shooting in the area of Presidential Place and Washington Way at around 11:42 p.m. on Saturday, July 5.
At the scene, police found 28-year-old William Brown, who had been shot and then crashed his vehicle into a tree while trying to flee the shooter.
Police say that suspect, Zachary Jackson, 22, was located on foot close to the crime scene and taken to the police station. Investigating officers reportedly found evidence implicating Jackson as the shooter.
Brown was taken to UofL Hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.
