LEBANON, Ind. — A suspect is in custody after a man was found dead with "traumatic injuries" in Lebanon Wednesday evening, police said.
Around 6:45 p.m. Sept. 10, Lebanon Police Department officers were called to a home in the 500 block of South West Street , near Elm Street, for a possible homicide. At the scene, they found 64-year-old Donald Bowers, of Lebanon, dead with "obvious traumatic injuries," the agency said in a statement.
Shortly after, officers received word of a possible suspect nearby. That suspect, a 36-year-old Lebanon man, was found an taken into custody.
