After looking out a window on a tour of the old Akron Public Schools headquarters building, developer Walter Zielinski turned the corner and asked a few other people taking the tour, "Do you want to see a really stunning view?"

From a second-story window facing north, Zielinski could see the two sections of the All-America Bridge, also known as the Y-Bridge, merging together in the distance over Cascade Valley.
