GREENWOOD, S.C. (WSPA) -- Whataburger opened another location Thursday morning in the Upstate.

The restaurant opened its first location in Greenwood at 9 a.m. at 262 Bypass 72 Northwest.

Representatives said the new restaurant will feature a 24-hour drive-thru and dining room service, with online ordering available via the Whataburger App and website for curbside pickup and delivery.

The restaurant will employ 85 local staff members, referred to as Family Members, under the leadership of Operating Partner Meghan Corbin. "We’re so excited to bring Whataburger’s bold, fresh flavors to the Lakeland Region of the Palmetto State," said Corbin.
