The B792 between Blackburn and Bathgate will be closed to allow repair work on the deck of the bridge carrying the local road over the M8 motorway.
The works, which are due to take place over the weekend of September 19 to 22 and on the nights of September 22 to 26, are the latest phase in an ongoing major project to refurbish the B792 bridge, being carried out by Transport Scotland’s operating company BEAR Scotland.
The bridge will be closed to traffic from 6pm on the night of Friday, September 19, until 6am on the morning of Monday, September 22, from Riddochill Road on the south side of the bridge to the nearest access approximately 80 metres north of the bridge.
