FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- A physical therapist was accused of sexually assaulting a victim during an appointment, police said.

Around 12:30 p.m., on Sept. 8, officers with the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) responded to a sex offense in the 8000 block of Innovation Park Drive in Merrifield.

The victim reported that a licensed physical therapist sexually assaulted her during her appointment. After trying to leave, the suspect reportedly blocked her exit and took her phone.

She was eventually able to leave and reported the incident.

Samuel Choi, 34, was arrested in connection with the incident. The victim also reported being sexually assaulted on another occasion while being treated by Choi.

Police are seeking any additional victims.
