BEECH ISLAND, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) - Beech Island Water District advises customers of a boil water notice due to water loss.

The notice will be in effect for customers from the intersection of Scarborough Drive and Beech Island Avenue to the intersection of Beech Island Avenue and Pine Log Road.

That covers all customers in between,to including customers on Storm Branch Road from Lanier Road to the bridge, all of Wise Drive and/or if you experience low or no water pressure.

There has been no confirmed contamination of the system. However, due to the loss of pressure, etc., the potential for contamination exists.

Jackson

All customers inside the town limits of Jackson excluding Highland Circle, Hendrix Street and Ruby Street are under a boil water advisory.
