CLAY COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) -One Clay County man is facing charges after he was accused of threatening employees at a bank.

Ricky Grubb was charged with third-degree terroristic threatening in the case.

It started when a complaint warrant was filed and issued for his arrest in August.

According to the complaint, it states that around Aug. 26, Grubb spoke with the head teller at the First National Bank of Manchester. He told the woman he would come to the bank and “put a gun to her face,” later saying she would come up with the combination to the vault quickly and come shoot the bank up and rob them.

The complaint also said that Grubb called three times on Aug. 27, cussing and told employees at the bank that they did not have any right to close his account. Six employees claimed to be scare
