NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person who has been vandalizing property in the Downtown and Ghent neighborhoods.
Detectives said between Sept. 2 and 4, buildings in the 100 block of Granby Street, the 100 block of East Main Street, and the 800 block of West 21st Street were graffitied.
Norfolk police posted video footage of a person believed to be involved in the vandalism.
Anyone with information about the vandalism or who recognizes the person in the video is asked to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip through the P3Tips mobile app.
