FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) - A woman from Floyd County has been charged on multiple counts, including endangering the welfare of a minor, after an incident on Aug. 29, according to an arrest citation.

The citation stated officers were dispatched to 2154 Arkansas Creek Road for a possible domestic fight between a 15-year-old daughter and her mother.

Sarah Barker, 44, stated she was going to rehab and had called a witness involved in the incident to pick her up, the citation stated.

The citation stated Barker told officers she had gotten into a fight and her daughter had hit her.

The daughter said Barker had come to school to pick her up due to a fever, according to the citation.

The citation stated the witness got the two home when Barker wanted her daughter’s phone.
