The mystery buyer of a longtime Reno car dealership lot is also tied to the purchase of a nearby shopping center, according to county records.

Peckham Square on Kietzke Lane was sold for $17.8 million to a Nevada limited liability company called NYTDAW-South, according to the Washoe County Assessor’s office.

The sale covered several parcels, including the main retail building with tenants Grocery Outlet, Savers, Dollar Tree and Rent-A-Center. Joann craft store and Harbor Freight Tools, which has other locations in Reno and Sparks, closed there earlier this year.
