A stolen side-by-side has been recovered in the Field area but police are still looking for the party responsible for the theft.

OPP officers recovered the utility task vehicle, or UTV, as they describe it, off an old railway bed near Highway 539 on Monday. It had been reported missing back on July 25.

“The investigation is still open and ongoing as police are still searching for the individual(s) involved in the theft of the UTV,” the OPP said in a release.
