Authorities have been forced to postpone a planned update on the investigation into Charlie Kirk's death due to 'rapid developments' just hours after the FBI released two images of a man believed to be linked to the assassination.

Earlier on Thursday, local time, the FBI released two images of a man they believe is linked to the assassination of Charlie Kirk, as a manhunt for the shooter continues.

In a post on social media, the agency said they were “asking for the public’s help identifying this person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of Charlie Kirk at Utah Valley University”.

The images, taken from CCTV footage, show a man wearing sunglasses and a cap and dressed in a dark shirt and jeans apparently making his way across campus.
