Moving company U-Haul released its mid-year trends report showing which major cities Nevadans are moving to. Unsurprisingly, most Nevadans who choose to move out of state are heading to neighboring states such as Arizona, Oregon and especially California.

Though Nevada was a popular place to move to during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic and the years following 2020, the Silver State's incoming moving trends began to cool down in 2024, according to the annual U-Haul Growth Index .
