The Washoe County Library System will close specific locations for a total of eight days due to staff shortages, according to the library's Facebook page.

When are the temporary library closures in Washoe County?

The locations and dates of closures include:

Downtown Reno Library on Friday, Sept. 19.

North Valleys Library on Saturday, Sept. 20.

Sparks Library on Sunday, Sept. 21.

North Valleys Library on Monday, Sept. 22.

Sparks Library will be closed on Sunday, Sept. 28.

Downtown Reno Library will be closed on Friday, Oct. 3.

Sparks Library will be closed on Sunday, Oct. 5.

Downtown Reno Library will be closed on Friday, Oct. 10.

Other branches will remain open, and patrons can still access the library’s Digital Library .
