CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A power outage in Cabell County has cancelled Friday night’s football game between Cabell Midland and George Washington high schools, according to Cabell County Schools.

Appalachian Power is showing more than 1,500 customers without power, with an estimated restoration of 11 p.m. Friday.

According to Cabell County Schools, it was Cabell Midland’s homecoming game, which will be rescheduled for a later date.

The cause of the outage isn’t available now.
