LEXINGTON — Cutter Boley is Kentucky football 's starting quarterback once more.

UK coach Mark Stoops said Boley will start tonight's game versus Eastern Michigan .

It will be Boley's first start this season and the second of his college career.

He also was QB1 for Stoops' squad during last year's Governor's Cup game versus Louisville. Watch Kentucky vs. Eastern Michigan

Cutter Boley could have transferred after last season ended. He didn't.

Despite ascending to the top of the depth chart at the end of the 2024 campaign, Boley's job was far from secure. The Wildcats added veteran Zach Calzada in the transfer portal.
