Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has been forced to close of his Grayndler electorate office on Marrickville Road in Sydney, NSW, following years of protests.
Mr Albanese’s office has previously been vandalised , blockaded and used as a site of protest by pro-Palestine activists.
Mr Albanese announced on Sunday that he was closing the Grayndler Electorate Office as the lease had been discontinued after 30 years.
“Sadly, over the past two years, aggressive protestors have repeatedly blocked access to the electorate office for people seeking assistance,” he said.
“This has also significantly impacted churchgoers attending the neighbouring St Clements Church, including disruption to funerals and other church services.
