Hawaii quarterback Luke Weaver will get the start for the second straight week as the Rainbow Warriors look to improve to 3-1 this season with a win over Portland State today at Ching Complex.

Since Portland State shocked Hawaii in 2000 at Aloha Stadium, the Warriors have won 23 in a row against FCS teams. That includes a 49-35 victory over PSU on Sept. 4, 2021, the first UH home football game at the Ching Complex. Because of COVID-19 protocols, there were no fans in the stadium.
