Colton Joseph led Old Dominion to a historic 45-26 victory over Virginia Tech on Saturday, throwing for 276 yards and two touchdowns while adding 63 rushing yards and a score of his own.

Joseph completed 16 of 22 passes in a dominant performance for the Monarchs (2-1), who notched the program’s first-ever road win against an ACC opponent. Entering the game as 6.5-point underdogs, ODU took full advantage of two early Virginia Tech turnovers, converting both into touchdowns to build a commanding 28-0 halftime lead.
