COLUMBUS, Ohio — Ohio State football’s Lorenzo Styles was injured during the second half of Saturday’s game vs. Ohio .
With OSU leading 16-9, the defensive back went down while attempting to contest a pass to receiver Chase Hendricks. Styles stayed down on the field after the collision while trainers tended to him.
Styles went straight to the medical tent after walking off the field with what appeared to be an upper-body injury.
Postgame, Styles had ice wrapped around his right shoulder. Coach Ryan Day did not provide an injury update.
