Over 1,500 Colorado Springs Utilities customers near Voyager Parkway and Ridgeline Drive are without power Sunday afternoon.

The utility company estimates that customers could be without power until 6:43 p.m., but depending on the cause of the outage, the estimated time could fluctuate.

Traffic signals in the affected area are black, and the utility company reminds drivers to treat intersections like four-way-stops.

An outage earlier on Sunday near the Colorado Springs Airport left 1,300 customers without power for about an hour, from 9:45 to 10:50 a.m. The utility company is unsure if the two outages are related as the causes are still being investigated.
