TONIGHT...

Any isolated showers that developed during the afternoon will dissipate toward/by sunset. Then, lingering cloud cover will erode leading to a clear sky. Temperatures bottom out in the low to mid-50s inland, 55-60 at the shoreline.

THE WEEK AHEAD...

To start the week, high pressure will build across the region bringing with it lots of sunshine and warm temperatures. Wednesday, we’ll be monitoring an area of low pressure to our south. While it spreads cloud cover across CT, the chance for showers is low (as of now). With the onshore wind flow and cloudiness, temperatures will be relatively cooler as they top out in the mid-70s (cooler along the shoreline, compared to inland areas).
