DENVER (KDVR) — The Michelin Guide has announced restaurants to receive awards in 2025, with new restaurants in Denver earning their first stars, and one becoming Colorado’s first two-starred restaurant.

The Michelin Guide is fairly new in Colorado. The guide, known for giving out prestigious awards that recognize outstanding cuisine, debuted in the state in 2023 with five restaurants earning the first Michelin stars.

Beckon, Bosq, BRUTØ, Frasca Food and Wine and The Wolf’s Tailor were the first to earn Michelin stars in Colorado. Several other restaurants in the area earned awards. More awards were given in 2024, but Alma Fonda Fina was the only restaurant to claim a Michelin star.
