Caleb Porter was fired Monday as head coach of the New England Revolution after two seasons, the team announced.

Assistant Coach Pablo Moreira will serve as interim head coach for the rest of the season.

“I am very grateful to Caleb Porter for the energy, effort, and dedication he has brought to the Revolution over the last two years,” Revolution Sporting Director Curt Onalfo said in a statement. "I have the utmost respect for Caleb and all the tireless work he’s invested in the club, and we wish him the best moving forward.”

Onalfo is scheduled to address the media on Tuesday at noon.

Porter, 50, was hired as the head coach of the Revolution in December of 2023 after leading Portland and Columbus to Major Lea
