It's been one week since Hilda Vasquez was arrested. She remains in custody at the Orleans Justice Center. On Monday, she will appear before a judge for a bond hearing.

"The judge will take a lot of things into consideration as to whether a bond should be set,” said Melanie Talia.

Hilda Vasquez is scheduled to make her third court appearance on Monday.

She is facing one count of second-degree cruelty to a juvenile and one count of negligent homicide, in relation to her son Bryan Vasquez's death.

"Starting from 3 months old to have a skull fracture, lung damage, two fractured legs, I mean something horrible happened for Bryan,” said Talia.
