LISC Charlotte has launched the second cohort of its Real Estate Developer Incubator (REDi) program, a seven-week initiative designed to help “emerging developers” gain traction in Charlotte’s fast-paced real estate market.
LISC Charlotte launched the program in November 2024 with 14 participants and financial support from Wells Fargo and the city of Charlotte.
