RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Keep it down on Raleigh’s roads. That's the message tonight from Raleigh Police, as the department continues to listen for noisy mufflers that are breaking the law.

Giannini works at Tesoro Hair Design on Glenwood Avenue.
