WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — A Greenbrier County man is behind bars facing charges of child pornography and drug distribution.

Greenbrier County Sheriff Bart Baker said his department assisted the Drug and Violent Crime Task Force last week as they executed an arrest warrant at the home of Karl Myers, 44, in White Sulphur Springs late last week. The arrest was on charges of exhibition of child pornography which had been discovered in an ongoing drug investigation.

According to investigators Myers had downloaded large volumes of “child sexual abuse material related files.” Following the arrest search warrants were

executed and a much larger volume of material was discovered along with evidence of distribution of controlled substances at the home.
