SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — Suspect arrested after fleeing in a stolen vehicle, SAPD reported in a recent press release.

At 1:46 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 17, SAPD officers located a stolen vehicle in the 200 block of N. Koenigheim St. According to SAPD, officers attempted to stop the vehicle in the 500 block of N. Bryant Boulevard, but the driver refused to comply. This led officers on a short vehicle pursuit.

The pursuit then concluded at the 300 block of E. Houston Harte Expressway when the suspect stopped on the exit ramp and surrendered.

The Main Street exit was closed during that time. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.

The suspect was identified as Kobe Lozano, 25, and was arrested for the following charges: • Evading Arrest/Detention with a Veh
