SPRINGFIELD — The Greater Springfield Board of Realtors released some statistics this summer's real estate market, and the CEO of the group describes the market as "steady".

The Greater Springfield Board of Realtors represents realtors in Greene, Christian, and Webster counties. The group puts out statistics every month the residential market that encapsulate a few different categories: homes sold, median sale price, average days on market, and total sales volume.

Here are the statistics the board released for each month this summer, May through August:
