NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk State suffered a tough 60-10 loss on the road to Rutgers, marking the Spartans’ first road game of the season. Vick said the most important takeaway from the Rutgers loss was to respond the right way.

“We've just got to be willing to bounce back,” he said.
