A series 9s liquor store liquor license with sampling privilege is being sought for Star Liquor and Convenience, a Tempe business.

The Tempe City Council at a meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 18, in the City Council Chambers at Tempe City Hall, 31 E. Fifth St., is slated to make a recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for D&A Reserve LLC, 1512 N. Scottsdale Road.

Ashor Hermis Haron is the agent for this application.

This is an established business with new ownership, applying for a new license, where the previous tenant held the same type of liquor license.

The applicant is operating with an interim permit.
