ATHENS, Tenn. (WVLT) - A woman has been indicted in a deadly Athens motorcycle crash that happened in June, according to a news release from City Communications Coordinator Frank Clark.

The crash happened on June 18. According to the city, officers responded to the intersection of Redfern Drive and Congress Parkway to find 57-year-old Phillip Oswalt dead.
