HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Honolulu Police Department has launched an attempted murder investigation after a shooting in Kalihi Wednesday night.
The incident happened just before 10:30 p.m. on Gulick Avenue near North School Street.
According to police, three victims, ages 27, 29, and 33-years-old were traveling in their Toyota Corolla when the suspect stopped behind them on Gulick Avenue.
HPD said the suspect allegedly exited his vehicle and approached the Corolla and fired one shot at the victims before fleeing the scene.
Police said the suspect fled in a blue four-door sedan.
HPD said the suspect is described as a male in his 20s who is known to the victims.
No injuries were reported during the shooting.
