MANCHESTER, N.H. —
Two New York City men have been indicted after allegedly stealing $20,000 from a 76-year-old Seabrook woman.
Authorities said the woman spoke with someone on the phone back in June, claiming to be a PayPal employee.
Officials said the person told her she had received an overpayment and needed to return $20,000.

The scammer claimed another employee would come to her home to collect the cash.
Investigators said Didi Huang, 47, and Li Geng Lin, 58, showed up and took the money. Both were arrested later that day. If convicted, each faces up to 15 years in prison.
