BURRILLVILLE – With The Conjuring House set to be sold at auction on Halloween , there's one flesh-and-blood person more interested in the outcome than any other person, except perhaps the current owner.

Andrea Perron was a teenager, one of five sisters living with their parents in what she still calls "the farmhouse" in the 1970s. She wrote a trilogy published from 2011 to 2014 describing the family's experience with spirits there, including during a séance, when the girls' mother, Carolyn Perron, was levitated and thrown into an adjoining room.
