Anyone driving near Henry Johnson Boulevard and Livingston Avenue in Albany on Saturday may experience traffic delays as water department crews repair a water main break. Serving as a primary gateway to the city, the Albany Water Department said construction will start at 5 a.m. and continue until the project is completed.
